The approach
Five stages, in this order. Skipping one feels faster, but it rarely produces anything predictable.

Clarity on ICP, positioning and signals
We do not start with tooling. We start with who your ideal customer is, why they buy, and which signals show that someone is looking right now. Sales is not sending more: it is knowing when and why your market moves, and being there with the right story. Once that is sharp, your team knows what to chase and what to leave alone.
Process and CRM structure
Next we map the process from first contact to closed deal, and build a CRM structure to match it. No complicated dashboard, just a structure your team actually uses tomorrow and one you can manage against as a leader.
Automation where it earns its place
Automation comes after process and CRM are solid, never before. Not because it is possible, but because it frees up time your team needs elsewhere. Sometimes that is prospecting, sometimes follow up, sometimes reporting.
Handover so your team can run it
The goal is not for me to stay involved forever. I hand the system over so your team can run and extend it themselves, with documentation and training that fits how you actually work. Not a list that dries up when the agency leaves, but a system that stays.
After that
Maintenance, optimisation and experiments
What works today has an expiry date. Plays wear out, messaging fatigue is real, and your market keeps moving. So after the handover I stay involved through a retainer on the back end: maintenance, adjustments, and continuous experimentation on the 80/20 rule, so growth keeps compounding instead of stalling. The system remains yours and your team runs it.
