Who processes your data
Sowly.ai is the trade name of Thomas Lock, Vierwindenstraat 76, 1013 LA Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 72682698. Sowly is the controller for the data this website collects. Privacy questions go to info@sowly.ai.
What we collect
This site has no accounts and no contact form. What we process comes from three sources: your visit, a call you book through Calendly, and the foundation scan you fill in through Tally. For a call or the scan you provide your own name, email address and answers; we use those only to hold the call and send your result.
For a visit, the hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs with IP address, time and requested page, to serve the site and block abuse.
Cookies and analytics
PostHog measures how many people use the site and which pages and buttons work. PostHog only loads after you accept the cookie banner and runs on an EU server.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag also loads only after consent. LinkedIn then sets a cookie that lets us reach visitors on LinkedIn later and see whether a campaign works.
Stairoids identifies which company visits the site from the IP address and device characteristics, and sets a cookie (_stfv) that lasts ten years for that purpose. Stairoids loads before the cookie banner. It yields company names, not names of people.
Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser (localStorage, key sowly-consent) and can be changed at any time with the Cookies button in the footer.
Retention and sharing
Analytics data is kept as long as it helps improve the site, as a rule no longer than two years. Data from a call or the scan is kept while we are in contact, and at most a year afterwards. We do not sell data and only share it with the services named here, each under a data processing agreement or its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email info@sowly.ai; you will hear back within a month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
